What is a VIBR file?

A VIBR file contains a vibration sequence that various apps can play back via the vibrator motor of a smartphone, smartwatch, or another device. It stores vibration data, including the duration and delay of vibrations in milliseconds. VIBR files also contain metadata about the file, such as the author, creation date, and format version.
