What is a PNS file?

Stereoscopic image used for creating 3D effects from 2D images; contains two side-by-side .PNG images that produce a three-dimensional image when combined together in a stereoscopic image rendering software.

PNS images are not as popular as JPEG Stereo (.JPS) or Multi-Picture Object (.MPO) files.
