FLEXOLIBRARY files are located within FCPBUNDLE files. To access the FLEXOLIBRARY file, right-click the FCPBUNDLE file and select "Show Package Contents." FCPX automatically backups the FLEXOLIBRARY every 15 minutes when you are actively working in the library.
