What is a BMA file?
A BMA file is a 3D model used by a TheEngine video game, such as Dawn of Magic, Elven Legacy, Fantasy Wars, or No Time for Dragons. It contains a set of meshes used to show an in-game character or object. BMA files are similar to TheEngine .BMS files.
More Information
Many games published by 1C Company, a Russian software developer and publisher, use TheEngine as their 3D graphics engine. In addition to the games noted above, multiple games in the King's Bounty series use TheEngine.
Video games developed with TheEngine use 3D models saved in the BMA and BMS formats. BMA models are comprised of various meshes, to which a game applies textures and (often) animation data to show and animate an in-game object.
