PURBLEPAIRSSAVE-MS files are not saved manually by the user. Instead, when the user chooses to save the current state of the game on exit, a save file is created in the [user]\Saved Games\Microsoft Games\Purble Place\ directory. When restarting the game, the user can choose to continue where he left off.
