A VCE file is an exam created with Visual CertExam Suite, which includes both Visual CertExam Designer and Visual CertExam Manager. It contains a list of questions and answer possibilities that can be compiled into a certification exam.

You can open VCE files in Visual CertExam Suite, which is used for creating and delivering tests for IT certification. The Visual CertExam Designer tool allows you to create and edit exams and Visual CertExam Manager enables you to take the exams.

VCE files can be loaded by a compatible Yamaha keyboard using a USB connection or memory card. When the file is loaded, it changes the settings of the voice.
NOTE: The VCE files are no longer used in the latest Yamaha software releases. Most MIDI sequencers, such as Audacity and Cubase, support the VCE file extension.
