What is a TT12 file?
Tax return created by the Canadian version of TurboTax 2012; includes 2012 federal tax forms and other required provincial forms for the user's specific province; also contains data entered by the user.

TT12 files contain tax forms for the 2012 tax year, which ends on December 31, 2012. Therefore, most TT12 files are created in 2013. Completed TurboTax Canada tax returns can be printed and mailed or file electronically from within the program.
NOTE: TurboTax Canada 2011 files are saved with a .TT11 file extension.
