What is an SCRIPTLIBRARY file?
A SCRIPTLIBRARY file contains a collection of scripts created by Corel Painter, an illustration and image-editing application. Painter users create scripts to perform common, repeatable tasks, and export and import them in SCRIPTLIBRARY files to preserve or share scripts.
More Information
Painter comes with various features to assist you in illustrating artwork and editing digital photographs. When you have tasks or functions you apply often, such as applying a pattern to an image or adding multiple shapes to a canvas, you can save them as a Painter script (saved as a .TXT file). Then, you can export a collection of scripts as a SCRIPTLIBRARY file.
You can access a library of scripts through the "Scripts" panel in Painter. To access the scripts, select Window → Scripts.
NOTE: Corel replaced the .SCRIPTS format with the SCRIPTLIBRARY format.
How to open an SCRIPTLIBRARY file
You can open a SCRIPTLIBRARY file with Corel Painter. For example, to import a SCRIPTLIBRARY file, select Window → Scripts, click the hamburger icon, then select Import Script Library.
