What is a Q1 file?
Library of equalizer (EQ) settings created by Winamp, an audio playback application; contains multiple presets for different EQ settings, identified by name.

Winamp includes a Q1 named Winamp.q1 file that contains several EQ presets. Examples include Classic, Club, Dance, Pop, Rock, etc. When you create a custom preset, it is added to the list of presets saved in the default Q1 file.
You can save custom EQ settings by selecting Options → Equalizer → Save Preset → Preset... from the Winamp menu bar. You can load a specific EQ preset from a Q1 file by selecting Options → Equalizer → Load Preset → Preset....
The default location of the Q1 file is: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Winamp
