What is a PATTERNLIBRARY file?
A PATTERNLIBRARY file contains patterns created by Corel Painter, a drawing application used to create digital artwork. It stores various patterns users can add to the canvas, including Floral Fabric, Lace Ribbon, Chain, and Piano Keys. PATTERNLIBRARY files are similar to .ABR Photoshop brushes.
