What is an OLK15MSGATTACH file?
An OLK15MSGATTACH file is a data file created by Microsoft Outlook 15 for Mac, an email and calendar program. It contains information about one or more attachments to an email. OLK15MSGATTACH files are similar to .OLK14MSGATTACH files, which are created by Outlook 2011.

When a user views an email in Outlook 15, the program often first loads a local copy of that email from a series of OLK15 files. This allows Outlook 15 to show email content to users more quickly.
If an email has an attachment(s), information about that attachment (such as the attachment's name) is saved in an OLK15MSGATTACH file. Outlook 15 stores OLK15MSGATTACH files in the following directory:
~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile/Data/Message Attachments
NOTE: Other Outlook 15 message data is saved in .OLK15MESSAGE and .OLK15MSGSOURCE files.
