What is a FOL file?
Database file created by Personal Filing System (PFS) First Choice, a DOS-based program developed during early versions of Windows to create databases with flat files; contains data stored as a collection of fields with their types and values; used to store and query various types of data as well as create reports.

FOL files are extremely rare and are no longer supported. They may be converted into usable data formats using FirstOut or first2html. PFS First Choice considered abandonware.
