What is a DXLS file?
Skin file used by DashCommand, program used for monitoring on-board diagnostics II (OBD-II) automotive data; contains files that specify the appearance of the dashboard, which shows different diagnostics tools; allows the dashboard to be customized.

DXLS files contain multiple dashboard views. Each view stores the aspect ratio of the view as well as the viewable elements and their properties. Example visual diagnostic elements include acceleration, speed, and water temperature.
