What is an AFMACROS file?
An AFMACROS file contains a collection of macros created by Serif Affinity Photo, a raster graphic design application. It stores multiple macros, which a user can execute to perform a repetitive or complex task in Affinity Photo. AFMACROS files are similar to .AFMACRO files but contain multiple macros instead of only one.
More Information
Photographers and other digital artists use Affinity Photo to edit images. Some edits they make are complex or repetitive, so they record the actions as macros to save time. If they create multiple macros, they can save them as an AFMACROS file.
To create an AFMACROS file with Affinity Photo, click the "Preferences" icon in the Library panel and select Export Macros. If the Library panel is not visible, select Window → Library.
How to open an AFMACROS file
You can open an AFMACROS file with Serif Affinity Photo in Windows, macOS, and iOS.
To import an AFMACROS file in Affinity Photo, click the "Preferences" icon in the Library panel and select Import Macros. If the Library panel is not visible, select Window → Library.
Additionally, to import an AFBRUSHES file in the iOS version of Affinity Photo, tap the "Macros Studio" icon, tap the "Preferences" icon and select Import Macros.
