What is an ADPP file?
Mobile device profile created by Adobe Device Central, a program used for deploying Flash content to mobile devices; saves information about a device, such as the installed Flash version, the display size, the color depth, and other device capabilities.

Developers use device profiles for importing and exporting information about target devices for which they are developing Flash games and other applications.
NOTE: Adobe Device Central was discontinued in 2012.
