What is a !UT file?
Partial torrent file downloaded with the uTorrent BitTorrent client; appended to all in-progress downloads if the "Append '.!ut' to incomplete files" option is selected in uTorrent preferences; the ".!ut" extension is removed once the file has been fully downloaded.
